To identify parts more accurately, we derive factual fitment information from the parts you process — for example, "this OEM part number fits a 2019 Ford F-350 6.7L." We combine this across all customers into a shared reference dataset that improves identification and fitment for everyone using the service.
This shared dataset contains only fitment facts: a part number and the vehicles it fits. It contains no photos, no prices, no SKUs, no account details, and nothing that identifies you or your business. A fact is only treated as reliable after it is independently corroborated, and the shared data never reveals which customer contributed it.
Because this is aggregated, de-identified factual data (not personal data), we may retain it as part of the shared reference even after you delete your account. Your account and content data are still deleted in full per the section below. If you would prefer your parts not contribute to the shared dataset, contact us.

We keep your account and content data while your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion, then purge it from our database and photo storage. You can delete everything yourself at any time. The one exception is the de-identified fitment facts described above, which are retained as part of the shared reference because they contain no personal information and do not identify you.
